Participate in the entire EPC contract management process, from preparation to completion.
Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms accurately and rigorously.
Closely monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations by all parties, promptly identifying and resolving any arising issues.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the contract during project implementation.

Graduated from a reputable university with a major in Law, Economics, or related Engineering fields.
Mastered and effectively applied current legal regulations related to contracts and construction/EPC activities.
Skills in analyzing and understanding complex legal documents and contracts.
Ability to negotiate, bargain, and communicate professionally and effectively.
Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement (listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for work purposes).
Minimum 2 years of experience in EPC contract management or equivalent legal/commercial positions in the industry.
